rVintage pewter apothecary mortar by Stede, featuring a flared rim, deep cylindrical body, stepped band detailing, and squared side handles. Marked on the base with the Stede name and horse head hallmark. This is a handled pharmacist or apothecary mortar form, not a complete mortar and pestle set. Mid-century modernist interpretation of traditional pharmacy equipment. Visible surface wear, oxidation, and darkening around the handles consistent with age and use. This listing is for a mixed lot of “Drug Rep” scratch pads that were passed out in the 1960 to 1968 time frame. There is one Rx pad. Dust off cobwebs or see stuff that you did not know was on the market way back then. From a Texas estate. See all pictures to see what you are getting. Think I counted 24 items, 1 RX pad, 6 stick ups, and 17 scratch pads but may be mistaken, The Cipro has only 1 sheet and its marked up. My favorites are the PANIC NOTES. Usually ship on Tue and Fri. For sale is this VERY RARE item of Schering’s Diloderm, a 10 Gram and a 50 Gram aerosol topical for allergic and inflammatory dermatosis. This product failed to become popular and was soon discontinued. I have not found its definition listed in any of the PDRs or Drug Index I use for reference. There is only a name listed in 1964 but no listing in 1967. There is a note in the federal records it was first used on 7-13-1959, patented 9-25-1959 that expired in 1984. I believe this product is between 1959 and 1964. A super RARE item for your collection. Contents are for display only.
