This item is a vintage “Salesman’s Correspondence” form from Abbott Laboratories. It’s a blank form designed for internal (assumed) communication within Abbott Laboratories, specifically for salesmen to report information. This is a new full notepad The form includes fields for “TO,” “FROM,” “TERR NO,” “SUBJECT,” “CUSTOMER,” “STREET,” “DATE,” and “CITY”. It instructs users to “WRITE SEPARATE LETTERS ON EACH SUBJECT. USE ONLY THIS SIDE OF SHEET”. The form also features the Abbott Laboratories logo and the number “0335” at the bottom.
