CD or insert is marked promo 3. Hole punch is inserts 4. UPC code is marked out in some way 5. There may be other ways not mentioned 6. Cardboard Sleeve Unless stated the CD or DVD is playable, all inserts are included unless noted, sometimes the case may not be perfect and that can be replaced easily..… any other questions please e-mail me.
