It’s really like new but I wanted to test it so I pulled the plastic tab that keeps the batteries from engaging and it worked as pictures show, however, as pictures show there is some oxidation of one of the batteries although it still works and that has oxidized a tiny bit on the battery contacts; it’s small and can be cleaned; just wanted to mention it. I’ve pulled the batteries and put them in a separate bag with the plastic battery contact separator tab as well. Looks new otherwise and does work but the batteries will need replacing. I wouldn’t trust them. They’re too old.
